Bumba's Grill - Burnley
Burnley isn't really the first place you'd think of when your stomach rumbles and you're in need of a big meal. However, after scrolling down a few instagram posts, I noticed this place and its mammoth burgers instantly caught my eye. It seems like a very small restaurant/takeaway, something you'd see the Apprentice candidates going to before they got fired but the staff seemed very friendly. I scanned the easy to read menu and decided on ordering The Big Daddy : Marinated beef burger cooked over the grill, with a variety of cheeses, sauce, beef steak, homemade potato cake, chicken steak, egg and another beef steak. Two of us tried the challenge and only one succeeded (me). Absolute monster of a burger an this was only level 2, apparently it goes up to level 5! Need to start training to conquer that mountain.
